This is likely to occur if:
Printing in the low temperature and low humidity condition
Printing a dots image in a winter condition
Printing in a high duty (20,000 sheets/day or more) condition
Occurrence condition (criteria)
When 20,000 sheets/day are printed for 15 days in a row
When 30,000 sheets/day are printed for 8 days in a row
Solution
After taking the above measures, do the color calibration adjustment of the DFE.
Whiter at the Trailing Edge
When looking through the transparent film, horizontal white streaks of about 1mm appear at the trailing
edge of the white toner layer on the image in which white toner and CMYK toner overlap.
