Solution
*1 Image processing.
 When the image processing disabled, worm holes tend to occur.
1. Select the job that the problem occurs on Command WorkStation,
and then select [Color] tab > [Basic Settings] or [Expert Settings].
2. In "CMYK/Grayscale", check if the "ColorWise OFF" is selected.
(When it is selected, image processing is disabled.)
3. Select any image processing option other than "ColorWise OFF".
 In the case of a high-density image with a large amount of toner
adhesion to the paper, the problem may be eliminated by enabling
toner reduction.
1. Select the job that the problem occurs on Command WorkStation,
and then select "image" tab.
2. Select "Toner Reduction".
The color tone may be changed as a side effect.

Worm holes can be reduced by using the blur tool of Adobe Illustrator.
