3.1. Commissioning the system
CAUTION
You must read the Operator's Manual with the utmost care and attention before
using the system for the first time. Particular attention should be paid to
descriptions of hazards and precautions!
The system has been designed for an average five-day work week. Daily routine use is
considered to be six hours; the standby time is also considered to be six hours.
NOTICE
Normally, the system is installed operationally ready in the laboratory by a service technician.
Make sure that there is sufficient free space for movement in front and behind of the system.
512 floor plan is available in chapter 6 'Appendix'.
Operator training for the system is given on location, in order to prepare the future operator
to be able to use the system safely and reliably without supervision.
3.2. Daily routine
During daily use of the system, the sequence of operations can be divided into three stages:
• Preparatory work (please refer to section 3.3)
• Operations/daily routine (please refer to section 3.4)
• Terminating routine following daily routines (please refer to section 3.5)
The logical process steps are listed for the systems operator in chronological order. Each
chapter is prefaced with a short checklist, based on which the various actions can be
processed step-by-step.
