5.1.15 ... the QS I camera fails to classify the sample?
(only for systems equipped with a QS I camera module)
In case the camera's classification of the serum has failed, a return code is sent representing
the error that has occurred. This return code is then displayed in the 'Camera' sub-view of
the menu 'Routine' ▶ 'Information System'.
Return code Error Reason
•
tube pasted up with labels
• serum amount below minimum level as
defined in specification
• barcode in the front (problems during
alignment)
cannot be evaluated
•
serum not correctly visible due to stuck-
on label
• shape of the serum area cannot be
evaluated
•
no view on the serum due to labels
but serum lower
edge is set too high
•
tube is filled up with serum (serum upper
edge is found) but lower edge is set too
high (plausibility violation; there is a
much greater amount of material than
finally dispensed)
•
• tube pasted up with white labels
not found
•
• tube pasted up with labels
failed. Falsified result
of liquid level
detection suspected.

Serum's upper edge detected just below
the label's lower edge, but ...
• ... based on a missing reflection of the
tube's surface to either side, it is assumed
that the tube's actual liquid level has been
