5.1.13 ... the recapping module isn’t working?
Power may be down or the pneumatics system may be defective. Check if sufficient air
pressure is available.
Notify the service technician if the problem persists.
5.1.14 ... the decapper does not release the cap or is jammed?
If a sample tube or a cap is jammed in the lifting/turning gripper during routine operations,
proceed as follows:
NOTICE
The decapper module can be opened from the rear side. If you have a jammed cap or tube, turn off
the device before opening the decapper module. Spray the decapper components with a fast-acting
disinfectant and then remove foreign objects. Then re-close the decapper.
1. Open the protective cover in front of the input sorter.
2. Take the forceps (included in delivery) and remove the cause of the error.

3. Close the protective cover and press the [Repeat] button in the error message window to
continue the operation.
