4.6.8 Cleaning the recapper module
Clean the recapper module housing with a cloth soaked in a disinfectant.
CAUTION
The heating block on the recapper module is very hot!
It can take up to two hours to cool down after operation!
Deposits and dirt on the heating surface can possibly become hardened. You should check
the heating block each time you turn on the system for dirt or contamination. This visual
check should be conducted always before the system is turned on.
4.6.8.1 Cleaning the sealing-foil suction
1. Clean the sealing-foil suction with a damp cotton swab.
2. Remove the foil storage from its holder. The suction attachment for the sealing foil is
visible through the opening in the recapper housing.

3. Clean the suction attachment with a damp cotton swab. Then wipe it with a dry cotton
swab.
4. Put the foil storage holder back in its place.
