Buttons in pop-up message windows
Acknowledge the message and close the message window.
Many potential errors are only temporary. Thus pressing the
[Repeat] button should be the very first action before
undertaking any further steps in troubleshooting. It will restart
the procedure that led to the error message being issued. Only if
this is not successful, further action is required.
Skip the procedure that led to the error message being issued.
WARNING
Risk of infection!
If the [Ignore] button is pressed as a result of error message 0142, the gripper is
opened immediately causing the tube to fall down into the sorting area. Thus,
when dealing with an opened sample tube, there is a risk of infection from
spilled sample fluid.
Opened tubes must always be moved into the drop container by using the
[Set aside] button!
End the procedure that led to the error message being issued.
The tube located in the gripper should be positioned into the
drop container of the input or output sorter.
This button extends the message window and displays a list of
possible actions potentially suitable for rectifying the error.

By using this button you can access the Error history of the
system. In there, you might find additional information and
data helpful in isolating the error cause. Within this list, entries
occurring shortly before the error, are particularly of interest.
