2.7.6.6 Tube transport
The transport positions and the processing status of every sample tube is shown on screen.
Each sample tube is represented by a small square symbol. Recognition, process and
transport status of the sample tubes are indicated by the different colors of the individual
small squares.

Color
Meaning
White
Position not occupied.
Red
Tube has error status.
Grey
Tube is on the RT-Transport, but the status of the tube is unknown.
Yellow
Barcode is read.
Blue
Barcode is read, tube is opened by decapper.
Brown
Status unknown (clear-out sequence after system start)
The color of a tube position changes during transport on the RT-Transport. When the tube
has been placed into the RT-Transport, the position color is gray (tube status unknown). If
the tube barcode is successfully scanned, the color changes to yellow. If the tube is
successfully decapped, the color changes again to blue. If any error occurs in the tube
processing at the barcode or decapping module, the color changes to red. The color states
from the RT-Transport will also be shown on the output sorter.
