5 Operation Multiplate® analyzer
Multiplate system control
Time inter val The time between
two measuring
points is out of range.
Additional software was installed on the
analyzer affecting the measuring
performance.
1. Check if additional software was
installed on the analyzer.
2. Uninstall any additional software on
the analyzer.
3. Repeat the measurement.
4. If the data alarm persists, contact
your Roche Service representative.
Measurement

Measurement was
stopped manually.
The measurement was manually stopped
using the Measurements > Stop
measurements command or by pressing
Ctrl+S.
1. Repeat the measurement.
Temperature out of
range
The internal analyzer
temperature is
outside of the
configured range.
1. Preheating phase too short.
2. Ambient temperature too high
(> 30 °C).
3. Software calibration issue.
4. Defective analyzer electronics.
For 1:
Wait for the preheating phase to
complete.
For 2:
Reduce the room temperature. Do not
place the analyzer near other analyzers
emitting heat. Avoid direct sunlight.
For 3 and 4:
Contact your Roche Service
representative.
