Maintenance and cleaning of the electronic pipette
Replacing the tip cone filter
Frequently inspect the cleanliness of pipette filters to maintain accurate tip fill levels.
Materials required m Forceps
m Filter
p To replace the tip cone filter

Grip the filter using the forceps and pull it out of the pipette.

Using the forceps pick up a new filter and insert it into the pipette cone.

Make sure not to soil the new filter while you install it.

Calibration service
ISO 9001 and GLP-guidelines require regular examinations of your volumetric
instruments. Roche recommends checking the volume of the electronic pipette
according to your local standards. Contact your local Roche representative for details
about the calibration service.
