3.6.11.4.Tone & Code Set Time
The code set time (T) is defined by the above formula. The tone set time is computed according to the following
formulas (see next figure, parameters T, Ta and Ts) (in seconds):

Note: Set time values are rounded up to the nearest whole number of resolution steps (resolution step 13.1 ms).
