5. From the ribbon supply spindle (6), pass the ribbon below the print head (7) and to
the ribbon rewind spindle (4).

6. Wind the ribbon clockwise around the empty ribbon core and attach the free end of
the ribbon to the ribbon core with adhesive tape (8).
