6. During ramp-up, the parameter assignment is transferred to the CUD and copied to the
ROM as well as to the RAM. If DCC charts and the DCC library were saved on the
memory card, then these are also copied.
7. The card can be removed once the system has run-up (p9400). The CUD that was still
not parameterized now has the same parameter assignment as the original "sample"
SINAMICS DCP.
Note
The article number of the device from which the parameter data set originated is also saved
in a parameter data set. If the parameter data set is loaded to a device with another article
nu
mber (POWER ON with the memory card inserted), then the device signals an
inconsistent topology (ramp
-up stops with display "33" on the BOP, alarm A1420 is output).
This occurs, if e.g. a parameter set that was created in a 30
kW device is subsequently
ded into a 120 kW device. In this state, the user can accept the parameter set by setting
= 3. The system continues to ramp up.
Important parameters
Save all parameters (for details, see the SINAMICS DCP List Manual).

Safely removing a memory card
Removing the memory card must be requested using p9400.
Procedure:
Request to "safely remove" the memory card
Feedback: "You can safely remove the memory card"
= 100
Feedback: "It is not possible to safely remove the memory card"
The SINAMICS DCP is accessing the memory card. Leave the memory card
in the unit and try again later.
Message: No memory card inserted
Note
If the memory card is removed without a request being made, this can destroy the file
system on the memory card.
