Terminals on the CUD
The CUD terminals are usually not required for the operation of the SINAMICS DCP.
Table 5- 2 Terminals of the CUD
-X178, -X179: Reserved, do not use
-X126: PROFIBUS connection
Type Submin D, 9-pin
-X100, -X101: DRIVE-CLiQ sockets for Terminal Modules and OALINK
Type Modular jack 8/4 (RJ45)
Note
Function equipotential bonding for DRIVE-CLiQ nodes
Integrate all of the components that are connected via DRIVE
-CLiQ into the function
equipotential bonding concep
t. You can establish equipotential bonding with a conductor
mm²), which is routed as far as possible in parallel to the DRIVE-CLiQ cable.

Note
No ground connection using terminal strip X9
The terminal ground connections are electrica
lly isolated from terminal strip X9.
