To delete an Input/Output Card from the 4005, use the following steps:
Note: Deleting a card from the 4005 also removes any modes or SMPL
equations associated with that card.
1. Follow Steps 1 through 3 under Editing a Point Label.
2. Press <Next> or <Previous> to scroll through the menus until
[
(GLW&DUG] is displayed (A) and then press <Enter>.

3. Press <Next> or <Previous> until [
'HOHWH,2&DUG] is displayed (B)
and then press <Enter>.
The focus brackets ( [ ] ) appear in the Card Address field (C) of the
display.
4. Press <Next> or <Previous> to choose the Card to delete and then press
<Enter>.
5. Press <Enter> to confirm your selection.
“Removing the card. . .” is displayed.
6. After deleting a card, the 4005 displays the next available card for
deletion. To avoid deleting the next card, press <Exit/Clear>.
