The wizard for calibrating the load measure-
ment is started.
– Follow the instructions on the display.
– If the message

failed
appears, press the softkey.
– Repeat the process.
After the calibration has been completed suc-
cessfully, the message
Successful cal-
ibration
appears.
– Switch the truck off and on again.
The calibration is now complete.
NOTE
If the message

pears during the calibration, perform the cali-
bration again.
Precision load measurement (var-
iant)
This assistance system is available only if the
truck is equipped with the "load measurement"
variant.
The "Precision load measurement" variant al-
lows the weight of the load being picked up to
be measured and displayed on the display-op-
erating unit accurate to within 1% of the rated
capacity of the truck.
NOTE
If the load is to be measured exclusive of the
load pick-up device, run the tare function. See
the next section.
– Pick up the load safely.
– Press the
button.
The first menu level appears.
– Press the "Load" softkey
