Reduce the driving speed on descending
gradients.
It is not permitted to drive on long ascending
and descending gradients greater than 15%
due to the specified minimum braking and sta-
bility values.
Before driving on ascending and descend-
ing gradients greater than 15%, consult the
authorised service centre.
The process of placing loads into stock and
removing loads from stock while on an as-
cending or descending gradient is not permit-
ted!
Always place loads into stock and remove
loads from stock on a horizontal plane.
Driving onto lifts
The driver may only use this truck on lifts with
a sufficient load capacity and for which the op-
erating company has granted authorisation.
See the chapter entitled "Definition of respon-
sible persons".
DANGER
There is a risk of fatal injury from being crushed or
run over by the truck.
There must not be any persons already in the lift
when the truck is driven into the lift.
Persons are only permitted to enter the lift once
the truck is secure, and must exit the lift before
the truck is driven out.
