) P0117 Engine coolant temperature circuit low ECM controls actuators assuming that engine
coolant temperature is 80 °C (176 °F).
ECM operates radiator cooling fan.

Throttle/pedal position sensor/switch/“A” (main)
circuit low
ECM turns off throttle actuator control relay and
throttle valve is fixed at the specified opening from
its completely closed position (default opening).
