3.1.3 Scaling position
Parameter setting attributes: enumerated type.
The position of the decimal point has a direct relationship with the resolution of the result display,
and the relative stability of the result can also be seen intuitively.
The principle of position movement is to ensure that the number of digits remains unchanged, with a
certain decimal point on the left and right. As shown in Figure 3-1-3:
