Reverse Ratchet Test Setup Screen
The test setup screen is divided into 3 parts.
1. Reverse Ratchet Options
2. Reverse Ratchet Pass / Fail Limits
3. Report Options
Reverse Ratchet Options
Minimum Torque: The torque value that must be exceeded
before the torque test is considered valid.
Distance: This is the distance in degrees that the cap will be
rotated while looking for the maximum torque.
Direction: This is the direction that will be used for the test
Speed: The drive speed to be used for the test.
Reverse Ratchet Minimum Torque
Observe the minimum and maximum
values.
To input a value, just start typing. The first key
selected will overwrite the first highlighted
value on the screen. When the desired value
has been keyed in press OK to save the new
value.
