Data is transmitted in normal ASCII format with the
following specifications.
Baud Rate: 9600
Data Bits 8
Stop Bits 1
Parity: No
Xon / Xoff Yes
Data Format Information
When transmitting test results the following data strings are
used for the different test modes.

Date_Time_Units_Torque_Test Type_<CR><LF>
