Clean Start Jet Sequence
When the clean start jet sequence is initiated the following automatically takes place:
1
Ink system pressure is set to 4 bar.

Wait for 15 seconds to ensure flush pump is full (
Figure 41
).

Gutter valve V8 opens.

Wait 2 seconds and then valve V7 opens to pressurise the flush pump (
Figure 42
).

Wait 3 seconds, then jet valve V11 opens to start jet with pure flush.

Run with pure flush for 5 seconds.

Ink feed valve V6 opens to allow ink to nozzle (
Figure 43
).

Wait 4 seconds while ink and flush are jetted through nozzle.

Bleed valve V12 opens.

Wait 2 seconds then V7 closes.

Wait 10 seconds to bleed nozzle.

Bleed valve closes (

Wait 5 seconds.

Modulation and phasing switched on.

EHT switched on.
