5. M-code (Coolant/air-blast)
A. Flood coolant ON
1. Command
This function code activates the coolant feed unit to inject coolant from the nozzle.
B. All coolant OFF
1. Command
This function code turns off all machining-related fluids such as coolants and air. M09 must
not be preceded by any other coolant command code in the same block.
C. Milling spindle-through coolant
1. Command
Milling spindle-through coolant ON
Milling spindle-through coolant OFF
This function code activates coolant injection through the milling spindle. (M51)
This function code deactivates coolant injection through the milling spindle. (M163)
D. Flood air blast ON
1. Command
This function code blows out flood air.
E. Mist collector
1. Command
This function code starts the mist collector. (M613)
This function code stops the operation of the mist collector. (M614)
