In this example PINX 1 might synchronize with PINX 3 while at the same time as
PINX 3 synchronizes with PINX 1. The systems will run out of sync.

6.1.7.2 Planning rules
The object of the planning is as follows:
To use the clock propagation source to draw up the list of all the possible clock
sources for each PINX (see Fig. 3.60).
To determine the best possible clock source for each system, It is then config-
ured as the initial reference.
