leers of the Operator ID or No Operator ID. The
enre Operator ID should display.
Check the Operator ID Presentaon feature in the
Operator ID Entry feature on the prole assigned
to the instrument. Follow CWi instrucons in this
manual to change the display.

Category is checked on the prole assigned to the
instrument. If not checked, follow CWi instrucons
in this manual to change the prole and enable
the instrument to load the operator list from the
data management system. Check the Connecvity
Sengs Category to conrm the IP address is
programmed for operator list.

Cartridge Lot Number is enabled in the Quality
Sengs Category on the prole assigned to the
instrument. If not enabled, follow CWi instrucons
in this manual to enable Search Cartridge List for
Cartridge Lot Number to load the cartridge list
from the data management system. Check the
Connecvity Sengs Category to conrm the IP
address is programmed for cartridge list.
Paent armband barcode will not scan Check Barcode sengs in the Paent Sengs ID
Entry feature on the prole assigned to the
instrument. Follow CWi instrucons in this manual
to change the barcode type.
Paent list will not upload onto the i‑STAT Alinity Check and conrm that the Search Paent List for
Paent ID feature is enabled in the Paent
Sengs Category on the prole assigned to the
instrument. If it is not, follow the CWi instrucons
in this manual to change the prole and enable
the instrument to load the Paent List from the
data management system. Check the Connecvity
Sengs Category to conrm the IP address is
programmed for Paent List.
