• Audio digitizer (200 ksps 50 kHz-BW 24-bit) which contains two
digitizer cores

Audio digitizer core 1:

Single-ended: 2 inputs (one at a time): X+ or X-
– Differential: 1 input: X+&X- pair
– Audio digitizer core 2:
– Single-ended: 2 inputs (one at a time): XX+ or XX-
– Differential: 1 input: XX+&XX- pair
The two audio digitizer cores can capture two waveforms
simultaneously with the common sampling rate, common
sampling-timing, and common sequencer program.
• Video digitizer Normal mode (65 Msps 15 MHz-BW 14-bit)
– Single-ended: 2 inputs (one at a time), X+ or X-
– Differential: 1 input: X+ and X- pair
• Video digitizer Direct Mode (65 Msps 100 MHz-BW 14-bit)
– Direct mode has wider bandwidth, and is available at different
pins from normal mode.
– Single-ended: 2 inputs (one at a time): XX+ or XX-
– Differential: 1 input: XX+&XX- pair
– The number of digitizer cores per measure unit is one for using
the video digitizer, or two for using the audio digitizer.
• PMU (DC -2 V to +3 V, ±3 mA, 0.1 mV/0.1 µA resolution)
— Abbreviation: PMU or MCA-PMU
– Same PMU as for the source unit, except that the positive
voltage is up to +3 V
• V Source (DC ±3 V @ ≥ 10 kohm load to GND, ±3 mA, 0.1 mV
resolution)
– Same V Source as for the source unit, except that the maximum
voltage is up to ±3 V
