Delay Factors
Trigger-to-signal delay in the analog module
Propagation delay of the trigger line between the related digital
pin and trigger input pin of the analog module (trigger line delay)
Propagation delay of the signal line between the analog module pin
and the related DUT pin (signal line delay)
From these delay factors, the edge location of the trigger signal
that you should set in the timing setup is decided. The following
figure is the timing chart for the trigger signal and analog module
operation.
