Lesson 2 – Analog Clock Domain Setup
380
Analog Clock Domain Setup Parameters
The clock domain settings are:
 • The clock source selection (Analog Clock Source: AMC or INT)
 • The clock frequency (Clock Value: 200 - 500MHz)
 • The mode how the clock frequency is determined (Clock Mode:
Auto or Fixed)
Settings that are module specific are:
 • The sample frequency (Fs)
 • The clock divider (N)
 • The rule for the calculation of Fs, N, and/or the clock frequency
(Rule: Auto (Fs), Fixed N Value, Fixed Fs Value)
NOTE A change of a module specific parameter, for example, the sample
frequency, can cause a change of a domain parameter that affects all
modules, for example, the clock frequency. This depends on the
selected rule.
