In the dialog, you can view or modify the following
For the lower and upper limit, you can add a unit string to the
limit value as well as in the test method programming. A unit
string must be enclosed with "[" and "]", or separated from the
limit value with a space (e.g. 1.05[mV] or 1.05 mV). You can use
the system-defined unit specifiers or define new unit specifier.
Interval Symbol Style is provided for keeping compatibility from
the system software revision 4.0 or sooner. For detail of this style,
see the manual, Test Method Programming Reference.
Automatic Symbol
Selection
The buttons on the lower left of the dialog allow automatic limit
symbol selection synchronizing your limit value inputs. This
enables you to set up limits for test names without operating
option menus for limit symbol one by one. This is useful for
continuous entering lots of limit values for multiple test names if
you don't mind the same limit symbol is set to all the limits.
Using the check buttons in the lower left of the parameter dialog,
you can specify which limit symbol "<=" or "<" will automatically be
selected when you enter a limit value. For using this automatic

Method Method name specified in the test method
Scope Registration mode SYS or DEV
Index Parameter index that is automatically assigned
Name Parameter name defined in the test method
Type Parameter type defined in the test method
Value Parameter value defined in the test method. You can also
assign a new value to the parameter.
Test Name The test name parameter of the TEST API
Result Value A line for each test name is suited to an expression for
evaluating the result value as in the figure below. X mark
below the Result Value label means the result value of
the test name. Two option menus specify the relation
between the result value and limit value. If N/A is set,
the lower or upper limit value is not used.
