TIA Instrument
The Time Interval Analyzer (TIA) performs time measurements for 
the input signals CH1 and/or CH2, stores the results and performs 
calculations on the stored values. 
Besides the two signal inputs, the TIA instrument has one trigger 
input. The trigger signal determines the measurement start time as 
an arming trigger. 
One TIA module can process input signals from two input lines as 
follows:
 • Input Channel 1
 • Input Channel 2 
The TIA can perform four kinds of time interval measurements:
