What to do if there is no fluid in line during system prime on BD FACSAria Measuring Instruments?

If you observe no fluid in the line during system prime of your BD Measuring Instruments, it could be due to: * An air lock in the bubble or fluidics. Remove the filter for the corresponding fluid, install bypass tubing, and run Prime After Tank Refill. Repeat the priming procedure until you see fluid in the line. * The fluid line being detached. Verify the fluid line connections on the fluidics cart and on the cytometer. Push firmly on each line to ensure it is connected.
