8.1.2 C-BIT
Continuous Built-in-Tests (C-BIT) run continuously as a background task checking important functional
capability during normal operation. If the CBIT detects a fault, the appropriate annunciation will be
displayed.
The following PBITs are performed:
• Heartbeat Monitor
• Over-Temperature Monitor
• Loopback Monitor
