Setting up the baler
Net guide with one baffle plate:
Note!
When using low-quality net or if it breaks, the
net should only be fed through one baffle plate
to ensure easy unrolling.
Leave shafts (A and B) out when feeding the netting
into the system.
A piece of netting from the roll should be fed under
shaft (A), over shaft (B) and then under shafts (C), (D)
and (E).
If the net is difficult to draw in or is even torn off limit
shaft (D) more with stop (S).
Form the net into a braid and feed it between the
rubber roller (F) and the pressure roller (G). Allow the
net to jut outwards by about 20 cm.
Replace the pressure roller tension rods (T) and
tighten them with the lever (H).
