Baling and wrapping
In the application menu, the wrapping system, i.e.
twine or net, is indicated by the symbols (K) and (L).
The selection of the wrapping system takes place in
the adjustment menu.
Automatic twine wrapping
Automatic wrapping is the standard wrapping system
of the baler.
– Drive to the swath to form a bale.
– The twine is automatically inserted into the bale
before the bale wrapping is finished. The baler
continues to run until the bale is finished.
Note!
The (K) and (L) symbols flash when wrapping
starts and flash during the entire wrapping
process.
– When the bale is finished, an acoustic and visual
alarm (P) and (Q) is activated.
– Stop the tractor for bale output.
Note!
If only one end of the twine (right or left) is
inserted into the bale at the start of the baling
process, continue with the normal baling cycle.
Insert the twine that is missing at the end of the
baling process into the twine insertion tube
again. Start manual wrapping with key (N). The
wrapping process is carried out normally.
