Automatic chain lubrication
Each time the tailgate is opened, the distributor pump
(P) is activated due to the resulting hydraulic oil
pressure.
The roller chains are regularly lubricated via plastic
tubes and brushes (B).
When the tailgate closes, the pump chamber fills with
new lubricant from the reservoir (T or D) and is ready
for the next lubrication procedure.
Note!
Refill lubricant in tank (T) after approx.
150 bales.
Top off the lubricant in the tank (D) after
approximately 300 bales.
Attention!
Never drive with the oil tank empty - the
chain will suffer extreme wear.
Open the left-hand side flap.
Clean the tank from outside and unscrew cap (K).
Fill lubricant into tank (T or D) and screw the cap back
on.
