Input a '0' to make no change and the following prompt will be displayed:
The password string is stored in the nonvolatile RAM.
Possible error messages:
(password cannot be
changed remotely)
(change access level to NONE)
NOTE
It is possible to enter a Null password by inputting a <NEW LINE> or a
<CR> at the '•*• Enter New Password: • **' prompt. This defeats the
security feature of the caller knowing the password. In this mode, the
caller will still receive the prompt:
but will be able to proceed with just a <NEW LINE> or <CR>.
2.10.2 <BREAK>B - Send BREAK
This command is valid only at the remote terminal. The command sends a BREAK to the CPU port which forces
SCP-CLI> console entry, or a <BREAK> character to the AOS/VS user application in remote USER mode.
This command is necessary because any BREAK sent by one of the terminals would not be passed on through, but
used as a COMSWITCH-II command precursor.
