(REF: 1709)
#CALL SP
Add a spindle to the configuration
It adds one or several spindles to the current configuration. The position of the spindles in
the channel is not relevant. To add a spindle to the channel, the spindle must be free; it must
not be in another channel.
The programming format is as follows:
#CALL SP [<Sn>,...]
#SET SP
Sets the spindle configuration
Defines a new spindle configuration. The spindles existing in the channel and not
programmed in #SET SP are removed and those programmed that are not already in the
channel will be added. When a new configuration is defined, the order in which the spindles
are defined is not relevant; the CNC always arranges them in an ascending order, according
to the list of machine parameters.
It is the same as programming a #FREE SP of all the spindles and then a #CALL SP of all
the new spindles. The programming format is as follows:
#SET SP [<Sn>,...]
#RENAME SP
Rename the spindles
It changes the name of the spindles. For each programmed spindle pair, the first spindle takes
the name of the second one. If the second spindle is present in the configuration, it takes
the name of the first one. Any axis may be renamed with any name, whether it is in any
channel or not.
The programming format is as follows:
#RENAME SP [<Sn>,<Sn>][...]
Parameter RENAMECANCEL indicates whether the CNC keeps or cancel the names of the
axes and spindles (#RENAME) after executing M02 or M30, after a reset or at the beginning
of a new part-program in the same channel.
After turning the CNC off and on, the axes and spindles always keep their new name, except
after a checksum error or after validating the machine parameters that involve restoring the
original configuration of channels, axes or spindles. In either case, the axes and the spindles
will recover their original names.
Parameter Meaning
<Sn> Spindle name.
#CALL SP [S1]
(It adds spindle S1 to the configuration)
#CALL SP [S,S2]
(It adds spindles S and S2 to the configuration)
Parameter Meaning
<Sn> Spindle name.
#SET SP [S]
(Configuring one spindle)
#SET SP [S1,S2]
(Configuring two spindles)
Parameter Meaning
<Sn> Spindle name.
#RENAME SP [S,S1]
#RENAME SP [S1,S2][S3,S]
