thickness is recorded. In the file format
EXTENDED, the recording includes extend

READING TYPE File format: STANDARD or EXTENDED
START POINT First measuring point (1 … 99,999)
END POINT Last measuring point (1 … 99,999)
FILE NAME Free text, up to 16 characters
PROBE Free text, up to 16 characters
