GRID LABELING Alphabetic or numeric labeling of rows and columns:
COL-A/ROW-# (columns alphabetically, rows numerically),
COL-#/ROW-A (columns numerically, rows alphabetically)
STARTING ROW Number of the first row (1 … 702)
ENDING ROW Number of the last row (1 … 702)
STARTING COLUMN Number of the first column (A … ZZ)
