push D-pad(Ent). The “PRIO” icon appears on the
screen.
• ON : When a signal is received on the priority
channel, the memory mode is automati-
cally selected.
• Bell : When a signal is received on the prior-
ity channel, the “
” icon is displayed in
the VFO mode.
Push D-pad( u ) to select “ON” or “Bell,” and then
push D-pad(Ent).
• The “PRIO” icon is displayed and the priority scan
starts.
• To cancel the scan, push [CLR]
.
