To erase all GPS memories:
All GPS memories can be erased at one time.
Push D-pad( q ) to select “ALL” and then push
.
Select “Delete All,” and then select “YES,” then push w
D-pad(Ent).
• All the memories are erased and the transceiver returns
to the GPS MEMORY screen.

D Clearing a GPS data
GPS memories can be cleared (erased).
Please note that erased GPS memories cannot be re-
stored.
Example: Erasing “My home”
Push [MENU] q .
Push D-pad( w ) to select the root item (GPS), and
then push D-pad(Ent).
Push D-pad( e ) to select “GPS Memory,” and then
push D-pad(Ent).
Push D-pad( r ) to select “ALL.”
While a specific channel is selected as illustrated to t
the right, push .
Push D-pad( y ) and D-pad(Ent) to select “Delete.”
Push D-pad( u ) to select “YES,” and then push D-
pad(Ent).
• The selected memory is erased and the transceiv-
er returns to the GPS MEMORY screen.
To erase a specic GPS memory bank:
All the contents of a GPS memory bank can be
erased.
Select a specific bank, as illustrated to the right, q
and then push
.
Select w “Delete All In Bank” by pushing D-pad() and
then D-pad(Ent). The contents in the selected bank are
erased.
Bank A is selected “Delete All In Bank” is
selected.
“Delete All” is selected.
After all memories are erased,
“--Blank--” is displayed.
“My home” is
erased from
the channel
list".
