Post-Repair Procedures
S/W Revision Greater Than or Equal To A.02.00
1. Connect a USB keyboard and mouse to two of the instrument rear panel
USB ports
2. Connect a USB FLASH drive to one of the front panel USB ports.
3. Press System, Alignments, Backup or Restore Align Data.
4. The Alignment Data Wizard window as shown in Figure 16-2 will appear.

5. Follow the on-screen instruction to backup the calibration data to the USB
FLASH drive.
6. If the CPU is a PC6 or PC7 and has the SD memory card installed, also
create a backup on the SD memory card.
