Operating the channel fader assignments
During normal operation the assignments of the assignable controls section follow
the cross-hair (see “GUI cross-hair” on page 39) detail area selection. This lets you
control a predetermined button and control knob within the selected detail area.
Although you can change the button assignment within a detail area (using the ALT
button) the control knob assignment remains fixed.

one currently assigned to
the associated button in
the assignable controls
section

Each set of assignable controls operates the selected detail area
controls of the channel currently assigned to the channel fader strip
immediately below
ALT button changes the button
assignment within a detail area
In this example, pressing
this assignable control
button will operate the ON
button of the channel gate
