In the following example, the result exceeds the upper limit and thus external control outputs to which
[08] and [09] are set will be turned on after the detection.
In the following example, the result deviates from the lower limit and thus the external control output
to which [08] is set will be turned on after the detection.
As shown above, the waveform comparison allows you to judge that the total value (track) is in the
range determined by the upper and lower limits of the detecting section. Described below are the
setting procedures of the waveform comparison.
1. Press once to display .
2. Press twice to change the display to .

The P function mode is activated, and the display changes to a two-digit numerical value
prefixed with [PF-].
