http://supportcentral.motorolasolutions.com.Customersmustentertheserialnumberforeachdevicetobeupgraded.
Motorolawillthenprovideasecurewebsitelinkforthedownloadingthesoftware.Customerscantheninstallthe
upgradeusingtheirownMobileDeviceManagement(MDM)clientandorservicecenter.
CustomerswhodidnotpurchaseaServiceAgreementandwanttoupgradetoJellyBean,anOperatingSystem
Upgrademustbepurchasedseparately.Thesoftwarewillbedeliveredafterthecustomerorderisplaced.Thelink
willbeprovidedtocustomersbyemail.Customer’semailaddressmustbeenteredatthetimetheorderisplaced.
SerialnumbersfortheMC40’smustalsobeentered.CustomerswillinstalltheupgradeusingtheirownMDM
clientandorservicecenter.
