Description
Use Program 41-20 : ACD Queue Display Settings to assign the options for the ACD Queue Status
Display feature. This program allows the Queue Status Display, and causes an alarm to sound, when
the parameters in this program are met.

mains on the telephone display.

Interval
0 ~ 64800 (seconds) Determine whether or not an incoming call
to a trunk ring group should follow a priori-
ty assignment. Set the time that refreshes
the Queue Status Alarm time in queue dis-
play and causes the optional queue alarm
to occur on phones active on a call, logged
out, or in wrap-up.
