Supported on all 7210 SAS platforms as described in this document, including those operating in access-
uplink mode
Description
This command uses the boot option parameters currently in memory and writes them from the BOF to the
compact flash.
The BOF is located in the root directory of the internal compact flash drive local to the system and has the
mandatory filename bof.cfg.
Command usage:
• bof save
This configuration saves the BOF to the flash drive.
• bof save cf1:
This configuration saves the BOF to cf1:\.
Default
Saves must be explicitly executed. BOF is saved at the same location as the location of boot.tim used for
booting the system.
Parameters
cflash-id
The compact flash ID where the bof.cfg is to be saved.
Values cf1: | cf2: | uf1: (7210 SAS-T, 7210 SAS-Sx 1/10GE, 7210 SAS-Sx
10/100GE, and 7210 SAS-Mxp)
cf2: | cf2-A: | cf2-B: | uf1: | uf1-A: | uf1-B: (7210 SAS-R6 and
7210 SAS-R12) cf1: | cf2: (7210 SAS-S 1/10GE)
