Explanation of operations
(1) The LED OFF signal is turned ON.
(2) After the LED OFF signal is turned ON, the LEDs are turned OFF.
(3) After the LEDs are turned OFF, the ENABLE signal is turned OFF.
(4) The LED OFF signal is turned OFF.
(5) After the LED OFF signal is turned OFF, the LEDs are turned ON.
(6) After the LEDs are lit up, measurement is restarted and the ENABLE signal is
turned ON.
