If the trip is still present after the above checks have been made, contact your
service agent.
3.17 Memory Error
This is a none specific memory error which could be caused by any of the
modules within the system.
• Check all cables and connections.
• Cycle the power.
If the trip is still present and the system contains 3rd party Modules:
• Disconnect all none PGDT modules and cycle the power.
If this has cleared the trip:
• Connect each 3rd party module in turn, cycling the power each
time.
• If the trip reappears after one of the power cycles then the last
module to have been added to the system must be defective.
If the trip is still present after the above checks have been made, then the PM
may be defective. Refer to Section 5.
3.18 PM Memory Error
This is a specific Power Module based trip.
• Check all cables and connections.
• Using the R-net PC Programmer, re-program the control system.
This should be done with either the most current specific program file for the
wheelchair or the manufacturers original programming file.
Programming should only be conducted by healthcare
professionals with in-depth knowledge of PGDT
control systems. Incorrect programming could result
in an unsafe set-up of a wheelchair for a user. PGDT
accept no responsibility for losses of any kind if the
programming of the control system is altered from
the factory pre-set values.
