Description:
Lookup QoS Control List.
Syntax:
QoS QCL Lookup [<qce_id>]
Parameters:
<qce_id>: QCE ID (1-256), default: Next available ID

Description:
Show QCL status. This can be used to display if there is any conflict in QCE for differnet user types.
